Former Vice President Joe Biden has won the U.S. Virgin Islands Democratic Presidential Primary and all seven of the delegates at stake. With that victory he has now reached the 1,991 delegate required to win the Democratic Presidential Nomination in the Decision Desk HQ/University At Virginia Center For Politics Delegate Count.
